WHAT TO DO WHEN THE PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED TO THE LOCATION OF DESTINATION?

If your sent parcel has got lost or is late, then make an application regarding the search of your parcel.

You may make your application right here at our self-service.

Please attach the receipt of the sent postal consignation to the request. If the request was presented online, the receipt is needed only after our demand.

How much time do you have for making an application?
The application of the search request has to be made within six months from the postal consignment sending out date. In case of international postal consignment, make your application only if the parcel wasn’t delivered to the place of destination within a period of one month.
 
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE AN ANSWER FROM US?
  • With regards to domestic postal consignments we will answer within one week after the application was presented.
  • With regards to international postal consignments we will answer within one month after the application was presented.
If it is impossible to present a detail answer during this period, we will send you an intermediate response and we will send the final response within a period of one month.
