“HANDLE WITH CARE”

For fragile freight you may order the additional service of “Handle with care!”. If you order this service, your parcel will be marked with particular indication. This will ensure the particular behaviour of postal personnel during parcel sorting and resending procedures. You can order this service at our self-service system. Price of the service: 5.00 LTL + VAT.
 

Confirmation to the sender – by email letter or SMS message

We will inform you when the receiver receives the parcel. You can order this service if data of the parcel is entered in the self-service system. If you wish to receive a message by email, the price for this service is 0.2 LTL + VAT, and in the case of SMS message notification – 0.30 LTL + VAT.
