Address is not displayed in the business client e-service

If you're registering a new shipment but the recipient's address is not listed, it's likely that the shipment is not formally registered and, therefore, not recognized by our system.

In this case, we recommend selecting a nearby address from the ones suggested by the system. In the “Comment” field, provide the correct recipient's address, which our couriers will take into account when delivering the shipment.
