Change my phone number in private customer e-service account settings
To change your phone number in your e-service account, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Profile” (in the e-service, click your name in the top-right corner, then select “Account settings”).
- Click the arrow next to “Personal info” and enter your new phone number.
- Click “Save changes” to receive a security code on your new phone number.
- Enter the security code received via SMS, and your phone number will be updated automatically.
