Redirect a parcel

Domestic parcels (parcels within one countries territory) can be redirected for free before they reach our sorting center. This can only be done by the recipient through the link sent to them via email or by logging into the e-service. 
Please note that a fee, as outlined in the price list, applies to redirecting a package to the courier channel.

Once the parcel has been sorted, it can no longer be redirected via the e-service. In this case, you must fill out Parcel redirect application or contact our Customer support. After sorting, any redirection will incur a fee according to the price list.

We recommend setting your preferred pickup locations for receiving packages using the e-service.
