My letter is lost

If your letter has not been delivered or is lost, try tracking your letter on the Tracking and receiving letters page by entering your letter tracking number. Please note that only registered letters can be tracked.

If this didn't help, fill in the Shipment search application form (one submission for each letter):

  • for private customer HERE
  • for business client HERE

Search application must be submitted:

Within 10 days after the average International shipment delivery time. 
Within 6 months after posting the shipment for all other shipments.

We process the search applications within 10 working days for domestic shipments and 2 months for international shipments.
