Redirect a parcel or letter

Domestic parcels (parcels within one countries territory) can be redirected for free before they reach our sorting center. This can only be done by the recipient through the link sent to them via email or by logging into the e-service. 
Please note that a fee, as outlined in the price list, applies to redirecting a package to the courier channel. 

Once the parcel has been sorted, it can no longer be redirected via the e-service. In this case, you must fill out an application or contact our Customer support. After sorting, any redirection will incur a fee according to the price list.

You can also redirect a shipment from one post office to another free of charge, but only once.

To redirect a letter:
Contact our Customer support to redirect to a different post office free of charge. 

If you receive a parcel or letter at the post office, you can arrange to have it delivered to your home or office. For more details, see the personal postal service.
