How to send a parcel paid by a recipient?
Private customer
For private customers sending a parcel paid by a recipient, please ask the recipient to register the parcel using the e-service and provide you with the parcel code. You can then visit a parcel machine and use that code to send the parcel.
Business client
Business clients can request payment for the shipping cost from the recipient during the parcel delivery by selecting the “Receiver pays” additional service while registering the parcel in the business client e-service.
Additionally, business customers can request payment for the shipped goods from the recipient upon delivery by using the "Cash on delivery" service in the e-service.
