Terms and conditions of OMNIVA offer for „Mano Rimi“ loyalty card holders

1. DEFINITIONS 

1. 1. OMNIVA – Omniva LT, UAB, registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania with registration No 300087912, having its legal address at Perspektyvos g. 32, LT- 52119 Kaunas, Lithuania.
1. 2. RIMI – UAB Rimi Lietuva, registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania with registration No 123715317, having its legal address at Spaudos st. 6-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-05132.
1. 3. Programme –the „Mano Rimi“ Loyalty programme, which has been drawn up and is maintained by UAB Rimi Lietuva, registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania with registration No 123715317, having its legal address at Spaudos st. 6-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-05132.
1. 4. Terms and Conditions – this document which stipulates rights, duties and other provisions that are related to the OMNIVA Offer, as well as which specify the procedure to those Participants that use Offer.
1. 5. Participant – RIMI customer who participates in the Programme according to the Terms and Conditions.
1. 6. Card – a physical or virtual „Mano Rimi“ card issued to Participants, which ensures participation in the Programme and the use of the advantages provided by the Programme. The Card is used to identify a Participant in the loyalty program according to unique Rimi card number and it allows to use the Omniva Offer provided for under the auspices of the „Mano Rimi“ loyalty programme.
1. 7. Partner – RIMI’s cooperation partner, which cooperates with RIMI under the auspices of the Programme and offers Participants various benefits. The partner referred to in the Terms and Conditions is OMNIVA.
1. 8. Offer – OMNIVA offer to „Mano Rimi“ card owners using the website: mano.omniva.lt
2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

2. 1. The Terms and Conditions form the contract between OMNIVA and the Participant regarding the Offer, which OMNIVA undertakes to provide to the Participant, and which the Participant is entitled to receive in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
2. 2. The Terms and Conditions apply only to the Offer and not to any other service/transaction provided by OMNIVA. The Offer incorporates the opportunity for the Participant to receive „Mano Rimi“ money, buying and paying for the service on the OMNIVA website: mano.omniva.lt
2. 3. Information about the contents of the Offer currently valid can be found at the OMNIVA website address: www.omniva.lt/private/loyalty_program.
2. 4. The Offer can be received if the Participant makes a purchase on the OMNIVA website at: mano.omniva.lt and at the time of the purchase specifies the corresponding number of his Card in the field specially provided for this.
2. 5. The amount of „Mano Rimi“ money obtained using the Offer will be deposited into the Participant’s „Mano Rimi“ account the next business day after the transaction has been performed on the website: mano.omniva.lt
2. 6.The amount of „Mano Rimi“ money received by utilising the Offer is visible in the Participant’s Programme profile.
2. 7. The Offer is only valid for those purchases on the OMNIVA website: mano.omniva.lt.  for which the Participant has paid in full.
2. 8. If, when conducting the transaction, the Participant has not specified the corresponding Card number, the Offer is not valid.
2. 9. OMNIVA’s Offer for Participants is a part of the RIMI Programme and is subject to this Programme’s Terms and Conditions, which can be read on the RIMI website, which is dedicated to the Programme and can be found at the website: www.rimi.lt.
2. 10.The OMNIVA Offer can be used together with other special offers, promotions and benefits that are offered to its clients by OMNIVA.
2. 11.The Offer is not valid and does not apply to purchases that are conducted at other OMNIVA self-service websites or parcel machines.
2. 12.OMNIVA is entitled to change the Terms and Conditions, and to suspend the Offer partly or in full. OMNIVA will announce changes or the suspension of the Offer on the website: www.omniva.lt/private/loyalty_program.
2. 13.The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of processing client data https://www.omniva.lt/public/files/failid/Kliento_duomenu_tvarkymo_principai.pdf.
2. 14.All disputes that apply to the fulfilment of the Terms and Conditions and the Offer shall be resolved by way of mutual negotiation. If this is not possible, all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
